    When we used it the first time we used it with butter and a little bit of flour the bread was sticking to the sides quite a bit. The next time we coated the butter with sesame seeds, and we checked the temperature of the bread to be 200F inside the middle and this time it came out easily. We had to keep this pan in the oven longer vs our tin pan when baking together. Overall we're quite satisfied.
