With its functional flower design, our canning rack keeps jars separated to reduce the chances of breaking during processing. The structure of this canning rack is highly versatile as it is reversible and can hold a variety of jar sizes. One side can hold up to four quart sized jars, perfect for the small batch canner. The opposite side can hold seven half-pint, 12-oz, or pint sized jars.
