Replacement Bowl (model MUZ6KR4N1) for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. This is the standard-equipment polypropylene bowl, with splash ring, lid, drive shaft and spur gear, which is included with every new Bosch Universal Plus mixer.

Capacity is 6.5 quarts (approx. 15 lbs. of dough.)

This spare/replacement bowl is sold without dough hook, whip drive or whisks, and those pieces from the Universal Plus mixer's standard plastic bowl fit onto this identical bowl.

This bowl does not fit the older Universal Classic model of mixer.

White mixer bowl is the best

The white bowl is the best for mixing bread dough. Especially when pulling the dough out of the bowl as it doesnâ€™t stick to the side of the bowl so much. I also have the SS bowl, but the white bowl works the best for dough. The only down side of the review is not the fault of PHG, but Bosch mixer and accessories can be hard to come by because of B/O and out of stock issues.

My experience with Pleasant Hills dates back many, many years. I recently purchased another Bosch mixer from them ( Oct. 2019) and wondered if the quality of the product and customer service would still be as previously experienced. I think the headline says it all! These mixers and mixing bowls are amazing. There is a small learning curve especially if you have become too used to a regular stand mixer, but I much prefer the Bosch mixer and the extra bowls for the efficiency I need. Excellent products and customer service: -)
