A fruity smoothie, fit for the holidays with cranberry, maple & raspberry.
Total Time
11 minutes
Yields
3.5 cups

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 green apples, seeded, cored & quartered
  • 1/2 c. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 c. ice cubes

Directions:

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. 2. Select Variable 1.
  3. 3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. 4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
