This outstanding, simple, and memorable marinade recipe works beautifully for pork, boneless chicken, and fine cuts of beef. You'll be glad you tried this gem!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 lbs. Center Cut Pork Loin, boneless, cut into 3/4" or 1" thick pieces
  • 1 c. Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Sugar, Honey, or Agave
  • 1/4 c. Sesame Oil
  • 1/8 c. Water
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine and whisk together all marinade ingredients in a Duralex rectangular container.
  2. 2. Add pork pieces; turn to coat.
  3. 3. Cover.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
  5. 5. Before grilling or broiling, drain meat, reserving marinade.
  6. 6. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.

Author's Notes:

Serve this delicious grilled meat dish with an Oriental Pasta Salad, Kiwi garnish, and Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp for dessert.
