Enchilada Casserole

Delicious Mexican enchilada casserole that has all the right spices and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. 2. Brown hamburger and drain.
  3. 3. Mix taco seasoning into hamburger.
  4. 4. Add enchilada sauce, evaporated milk, cream of chicken soup, and chilies.
  5. 5. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Crunch a layer of chips into a casserole dish, then add a layer of hamburger sauce and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. 7. Bake for 15 minutes.
