This is such a delightful snack for garlic lovers! The touch of the smoked paprika gives the popcorn a smoky, sweet and spicy flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. yellow organic popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp. salted butter
  • 4-5 garlic gloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. 1. In a heavy bottom pot or stove-top popcorn popper, heat the oil on medium-high heat. Add the corn kernels to a pot, cover, and turn heat down to medium. Shake occasionally. Cook until kernels are done the popping. Place the popcorn to the large bowl.
  2. 2. Melt butter in a small sauce pot. Add minced garlic to the hot butter to add flavor. Mix smoked paprika, salt and black pepper together in a small bowl. Drizzle the butter over the popcorn and mix until the popcorn is coated. Sprinkle with paprika mixture. Yummy!!!
