Barbecue Meatloaf

This is a very tasty meatloaf guaranteed to make your mouth water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor, I like the chicken or turkey best)
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl add hamburger, cheese, eggs, stuffing, water & BBQ sauce.
  3. 3. Mix ingredients together until all the stuffing is moist.
  4. 4. Place the meatloaf in a 8 x 6 inch pan.
  5. 5. Cook for 45 minutes, or until the top of the meatloaf is browned but not burnt or crispy.

Author's Notes:

I've made this meatloaf with ranch dressing and salsa in it as well.
