- 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1-1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 3/4 c. Sliced Black Olives, drained
- 1 (19 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 c. Macaroni
- 2 (7.05 oz.) cans Bega Cheese, diced
In the Zojirushi Gourmet d'Expert electric skillet brown the ground beef, onions, and celery in the olive oil until vegetables are lightly sauteed, about 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the macaroni and Bega cheese.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Add macaroni and cheese dices.
Cover & cook slowly for 25 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
Add in ideas include green beans, red or green pepper dices.
After sauteing the vegetables 1 (13 oz.) can of ground beef could be added in substitution for the fresh ground beef.
