The Pro-Cut KSDS-12 Commercial Meat Slicer: This beautiful commercial slicer has all stainless steel construction and a strong 1/3 HP motor with belt drive. The large 11.8" blade and 12.5" of table travel allow you to slice cuts up to 6.8" on round products and 9"W x 6.1"H on rectangular products.

Slice thickness is adjustable from zero to 1". The table and blade are angled at 45 ° for easy gravity feeding and the food carriage tips out for easy cleaning without disassembly.

The KSDS-12 Includes an easy-to-use integrated blade sharpener. In addition to stainless working surfaces, the entire base, motor housing and table support are all constructed of bead-blasted stainless steel.

Full 1 year commercial warranty; parts and service are available in U.S.

Difficult to clean but works well

Works well. Can't cut exceptionally close to end because last end of product will not remain on platform. Hard to clean blade even after cover is removed. Especially the back side of it.
