MacIntosh™ Wine Press with Stainless Basket

These high strength pressing/strainer bags have holes approximately 1/32". Disposable cotton cheesecloth is the traditional material to use for this purpose, but these mesh bags are much handier and they're very durable—one bag will last more than a season in normal use. They also speed the pressing process. Size is 14.5" diameter x 20" tall and they also work perfectly in smaller baskets.

This handy stainless hopper extension for our Maximizer® Apple Grinder allows you to load up more apples to feed into the grinder.

The red oak staves on our fruit press baskets are secured with carbon steel bands that are powder coated red.

The wood parts on the 4 gallon baskets need to be sealed prior to use with food-safe sealant (not included). You can use your own product, or we have an excellent option available below. The wood parts on the 5, 5.3, and 9.5 gallon baskets come pre-sealed.
