Clearance: LEM Big Bite Tilt Meat Mixer 25 LB
This is a new, unused item of a discontinued model. Please check the table below to see how we rate our clearance items.
Note: The product images on this page are of a new item, with the exception of any images marked “Clearance item”.
This LEM tiltable mixer has a 25 lb. meat capacity. You can mix manually, or the handle can be removed and this meat mixer can be powered by any LEM meat grinder of .35 HP or larger. Using a good meat mixer will reduce the time you spend mixing your sausage or incorporating jerky seasonings, speeding up your whole operation.
Meat mixers by LEM feature heavy duty stainless steel tubs for mixing meat for sausage or jerky. These mixers appear externally like others on the market, but there is a significant quality difference. LEM found existing meat mixers to be cheaply made, and re-engineered these to higher quality specs, including thicker stainless steel. Most of the meat mixers on the market will flex excessively in use, leading to cracking of the tub. Some flex so much that if you really load them up, the paddles inside will come off their drive axles and quit turning. This won't happen with these quality meat mixers. They're made to do the job right and keep doing it for many years.
Features: Manual handle operation (manual handle is not shown in photos) or optional electric meat mixer operation when attached to LEM grinder. Clear plexiglass lid. Easy-removing paddles that mix meat quickly and thoroughly. All stainless steel construction for hygiene and long life. This mixer tilts over for easy unloading, and locks securely in the upright position for mixing operation.
The 25 lb. mixer can attach to an LEM .35 HP or larger meat grinder motor drive. The mixer won't attach to meat grinder models made prior to 2002.
Dimensions: Tub measures 11"L x 10.25"W x 13"H.

I bought the mixer that can hook up to my grinder, boy am I glad I did. It saved me at least half an hour of mixing time and a sore arm.
When you get the mixer the only thing you need to do is install the adjustable feet so it aligns with the grinder and tighten the lock adjusters.
For the money you can't find a better 25 pound mixer for all your food making. I make homemade meatballs and Italian sausage jerky.
Best of all the tub will rotate so the mixed ingredients will come out of the tub easily. I recommend this meat mixer to everyone who makes their own food products.
Works excellent
I recommend this meat mixer to everyone.
Very helpful and quick service.
Great mixer, works excellently. Stuffed 125 lbs meat with no problems.
Mixer was easy to set up. Had no problem mixing the elk and bacon together to make bacon burger.
I haven't used it yet but it looks good.
