L'Chef Pasta Set for Universal Plus Mixer

The new L'Chef pasta set for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer includes a pasta roller, fettuccine cutter and adapter leg.

Roller output width is 5-1/2" and the fettuccine strip width is 1/4".

The adapter leg was designed specifically for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. It will not work properly with the older Classic model of the Universal mixer, unless you'd like to make a simple mixer-lifting block, as this user did, (link will open in a new tab.)
