I use them for everything, so much so I purchased another one to keep in garage.
These are the best shears we've ever had. They cut through everything with ease. Will definitely be getting more.
I have done business with Pleasant Hill Grain before and when I want top notch kitchen equipment they are my go to, as the quality is second to none and the service is wonderful. Their name says it all "PLEASANT" Hill Grain.
I love this product by Kuhn Rikon! The shears open with a spring, and you don't get as fatigued using them. Great product, makes it easy to cut herbs or meats up very quickly with less effort. I had to hide them from my husband who wanted to use them for cutting up fresh flowers for the week, but other than hiding them from other family members, they are a dream come true! Thanks!
Had a pair of these years ago and loved them but could not find them again. Ordered these and the quality and value are great. Should be at least one pair in each house.
I run a small scale poultry and rabbit processing facility. I use the Kuhn-Rikon kitchen shears during the evisceration process. Excellent for precise cutting of skin and connecting tissue. I can run circles around someone using a knife. Better control and almost no opportunity for accidents. I am able to create a uniform looking product in an easier manner with these shears. Under normal use, the thick blades remain sharp and do not distort.
**I would not recommend cutting thick tendons or bone as this will dull the cutting surface and distort the blades.
