Excellent choice for browning and braising meats, risotto, chops, batter fried chicken. Stainless interior of this Kuhn Rikon duromatic pressure cooker has a waffle bottom for easy food release; dimples help separate food from fats. Inside diameter 8-5/8", outside diameter 9.4". Great for dinner for 2 to 4.
