The handsome beechwood veneer cabinet of KoMo's Harvest grain mill houses advanced corundum-ceramic burrs and a strong, high efficiency 250 watt motor. Available with either laminated wood or solid polymer composite trim, Harvest mills combine distinctive styling with the exceptional milling performance that the KoMo name represents.

Like all KoMo electric mills, the Harvest is equipped with a specially developed high torque motor that provides quiet and reliable power. It produces 5-6 ounces per minute for bread flour texture.

The solid beechwood hopper holds 2 lb., 3 oz. of grain. It will grind soft or hard wheat, oat groats (dehulled oats), rice, triticale, kamut, spelt, buckwheat, barley, rye, millet, teff, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum and dent (field) corn. It will also grind lentils and dry beans (pinto, red, garbanzo, kidney & more.) It isn't suitable for spices, herbs, oilseeds like flax or sesame, nuts, popcorn, or fibrous materials.

The grind texture of the Harvest mill is continuously adjustable from fine flour to coarse meal and cracked grain, simply by turning the hopper bowl to align its adjustment scale with the index pin on top of the cabinet. As with all KoMo grinders, cleanup is minimal and easy and access to the milling chamber takes just a moment, without tools.
