GIR Scraper, Studio White
GIR Scraper is a silicone swiss army knife, made with perfect flexibility and GIR’s signature unibody construction. As an all-in-one spatula you can easily scrape out bowls, cut bread and pasta dough, clean work surfaces, and safely clean even the most delicate of cookware. The unibody design is free of holes or crevices, making it hygienic and easy to clean. The scraper sports a ruled edge, broad curves for bowl scraping, a pointed tip for cleaning between whisk wires and an inner curve to clean rolling pins and mixer columns. An 8-inch ruler and centimeter marks allow for precise measuring. The GIR silicone scraper is heat resistant up to 425°F and is dishwasher safe.

I use scraper for mixing dough for bread, dividing dough for pizza. Many uses. Good quality and easy to wash and leep clean.
I got myself a GIR scraper when I got one as a gift and it's great! The scraper has a shape for anything I can think of including a bit that cleans the roller of the Ankersrum mixer. The thin end takes grunge from between table fork tines and work over most of my wire whips. The scraper is quite rigid under the flexy silicone that extends a bit to scrape dough and batter bowls dry, and it's big enough that it won't fall through the slots in the top rack of my dishwasher.
I usually never review anything this new but I'm sure this GIR scraper will last me a long time. (The numbers are a little hard to read but hey! They're there without scrabbling in a drawer for something else to measure the depth of the cakepan with.)
