The new FitSeal™ N99 NIOSH adhesion respirator face mask is the next generation in personal respiratory protection. The result of five years of advanced research by world renowned aerosol scientists at leading universities and research laboratories, the FitSeal™ N99 adhesion respirator face mask provides unsurpassed respiratory protection against biological agents that is hundreds of times more effective than standard conventional strap type masks.
The Achilles’ heel of most masks is imperfect fit against facial contours. Dr. Sergey Grinshpun, Director of The University of Cincinnati Center for Health Related Aerosol Studies has stated, “For filtering facepiece respirators or surgical masks, particle penetration through face-seal leakage may exceed ten (10) times the particle penetration through the filter media itself."
Every face is different, and the size and shape of the face change as the mouth and jaw move, and the neck bends and turns. Gaps are fairly common even at rest, and much more so as the wearer experiences the range of motions that occur during normal activities. Air and contaminants rush through such gaps unfiltered, nullifying the mask’s protection.
The revolutionary FitSeal™ respirator uses medical grade adhesive around the mask’s entire edge to eliminate gaps. The FitSeal™ also doesn’t require exhalation valves that can spread disease to those nearby from the wearer coughing or sneezing.
“Great company to work with!”

Fitseal™ is the first and only one-size-fits-all (conforming to almost all facial contours) adhesion filtering facepiece respirator approved by the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) under rule 42 CFR Part 84, and it has met the additional testing requirements for new technology as part of respirator certification. The VS-500 versions of the FitSeal mask are designed for ultra-portability, with the medium size designed for adults and the smaller size designed for children. The medium measures 5-1/2" x 4-1/2" and the small measures 4-3/4" x 3".
The Fitseal™ respirator’s two-way multi-layered advanced filtration media provides unsurpassed respiratory protection from toxic dust particles, disease-causing bacteria including tuberculosis, and pathogenic viruses including H1N1 swine flu and H5N1 avian flu. FitSeal™ respirators are recommended by the Centers for Disease Control against TB under NIOSH certifications.
The FDA-cleared medical grade adhesive used by the FitSeal™ respirator has been tested by leading dermatologists and found to show no damage or irritation to the skin even after repeated use. The FitSeal™ is not to be used over facial hair.
Flat, compact and lightweight, the FitSeal™ can be carried discreetly for constant availability.
