Mixer Upgrade

I make a lot of Ciabatta bread and should have gotten the HH version of the IM-8. Purchased the gear and chain and did the change over. Not too big a deal.

As with their mixer, the parts are superbly made. I converted my Famag 8s to an HH model with a new gear and chain. 10 minutes work of easy work and I now have a High Hydration mixer!
