The Excalibur 3926TCDB is a premium USA-built dehydrator* with a solid track record. It features exceptionally solid construction and includes polyethylene mesh screens for all trays. Its patented Excalibur Parallexx™ airflow system circulates air from back to front of dehydrator so each tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This exclusive Excalibur dehydrator design prevents flavor-sharing and produces even drying without time consuming tray rotation. The Excalibur food dehydrator has a convenient removable front cover that allows you to remove any tray without disturbing other trays. Trays are fully removable for full access.

Comes with 9 large, removable drying trays, each 15" x 15", for a total of 15 square foot capacity! Also included are 9 stick-resistant, BPA-free poly mesh sheets. With its big 7" diameter fan for strong airflow, and 600 watt heater, this dehydrator is efficient and powerful. Temperature is adjustable between 105° and 165° F. The Excalibur 3926TCDB dehydrator measures 12.5"H x 17"W x 19"D. All food contact parts of the Excalibur dehydrator are BPA-free and dishwasher safe.

Low-temp oven option

The Excalibur 3926TCDB dehydrator features a full cabinet and can be operated with any number of trays—or no trays at all. This gives you the option of using it as a low-temperature oven and for unconventional purposes like drying damp boots or mittens!

Timer

Excalibur's 3000 series timer can be set to operate your Excalibur dehydrator from one hour up to twenty six hours and will turn it off at the end of the time period that you've selected. This makes it easy to incorporate dehydrating activities around your schedule. Your Excalibur will turn itself off while you're sleeping or when you are away. The timer makes dehydrating as convenient as using a slow cooker for unattended meal preparation.

Durable construction

Polycarbonate dehydrator cabinet and trays, and food grade polypropylene mesh sheets, are very strong and easy to clean. The clear door lets you see inside the cabinet while your food is drying.
