The Excalibur® EXC10EL stainless commercial dehydrator features exceptionally solid stainless steel case and tray construction. Its patented Excalibur Parallexx™ airflow system circulates air from back to front of dehydrator so each tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This exclusive Excalibur dehydrator design prevents flavor-sharing and produces even drying without time consuming tray rotation.

The Excalibur food dehydrator has strong and durable tempered glass doors with sleek handles, providing access to remove any tray without disturbing other trays. The clear glass doors also allow you to see dehydrating results without opening the doors each time. Trays are fully removable for full access. 

This commercial dehydrator comes with ten large stainless steel drying trays, each 15" x 15" (1.56 sq. ft.), for a total of nearly 16 square feet of drying area. A big 6.5" diameter fan and 600 watt heater provide strong airflow. Temperature is adjustable between 95° and 165° F. Dimensions are 17"H x 17.25"W x 20.5"D. Food contact parts of the Excalibur dehydrator are dishwasher safe.

A ninety nine hour timer lets you set the dehyator and forget it. When the timer runs out the unit automatically shuts off.
