The Excalibur® 3900 Dehydrator is a premium USA-built dehydrator* with a solid track record. It features exceptionally solid case and tray construction, and includes polyethylene mesh screens for all trays. Its patented Excalibur Parallexx™ airflow system circulates air from back to front of dehydrator so each tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This exclusive Excalibur dehydrator design prevents flavor-sharing and produces even drying without time consuming tray rotation. The Excalibur food dehydrator has a convenient removable front cover that allows you to remove any tray without disturbing other trays. Trays are fully removable for full access.

Comes with 9 large drying trays, each 15.1" x 15.1" (1.25 sq. ft.), for a total of 10.6 square feet of drying area (11 square feet if you use the tray edges)! Also included are 9 stick-resistant, BPA-free poly mesh sheets. Big 7" diameter fan for strong airflow, with 600 watt heater. Temperature is adjustable between 105° and 165° F. The Excalibur dehydrator measures 12.5"H x 17"W x 19"D. Food contact parts of the Excalibur dehydrator are BPA-free, and dishwasher safe.

Low-temp oven option: The Excalibur 3900 dehydrator features a full cabinet and can be operated with any number of trays—or no trays at all. This gives you the option of using it as a low-temperature oven and for unconventional purposes like drying damp boots or mittens!

Durable construction: Polycarbonate dehydrator cabinet and trays, and food grade polypropylene mesh sheets, are very strong and easy to clean.

Included with the 3900 series non-timer models: 9 large drying trays, plus the 32 page Excalibur Dehydrator drying guide, plus 9 nonstick mesh screens.
