The Mini-Prep Plus 24-ounce food processor is the perfect little helper for small food preparation, from chopping ginger, garlic, onions, and herbs for your meal, to finely grinding hard cheese, making nut butters, fish salads, or puréeing baby food! Its versatility lies in the special Auto Reversing Smart Blade making it easier to process both soft and hard foods alike.

The auto-reversing SmartPower® blade uses the sharp side of the blade when the Chop button is pressed, and the blunt side of the blade when the Grind button is pressed. Press either button down for as long as you want to chop or grind. An opening in the lid allows you to add ingredients while the food processor is running.

Designed in Italy, the Mini-Prep Plus is as easy to clean as it is to look at, with wipe clean touch pad controls and dishwasher safe removable parts.
