The Elemental 11 Cup Food Processor boasts a revolutionary motor with alternate speeds for food processing and perfect dough mixing. It has an eleven-cup capacity and features Cuisinart’s patent-pending Dough Control technology, which adjusts the speed to automatically ensure proper dough consistency.

The Supreme™ Wide Mouth Feed Tube is two and a half times the size of any other food processor on the market today and is constructed of a single piece located at the front of the machine for added convenience. The generous 11 cup work bowl, stainless steel blade and reversible slicing and shredding discs make this food processor the ultimate timesaver for your favorite dishes, making quick work of everything from chopping nuts and puréeing soup to slicing tomatoes and shredding cheese.
