This is simple to use, easy to clean, I had a KitchenAid before and food was always trapped and difficult to clean. I love this extremely powerful motor, food is chopped immediately. Super fast shipping and carefully packed. I also purchased the storage case and am glad I did, I would recommend it as the blades are so sharp they are dangerous to handle.
