Unfortunately, all the purchase I've made over the years aren't here. I bought my dehydrator here and I'm still using it, bought this book in 2012 at the same time. Fine book and it's been loaned out a lot!
Very helpful info on everything from how to prep food for dehydrating, to storage, to how to use the dehydrated foods in recipes. Book is loaded with recipes as well.
Great Resource!
Always a pleasure to do business with PHG!
A great book to learn the basics of dehydrating foods. I have mainly dried various herbs, so I am looking forward to doing more creative drying using fruits and vegetables.
