The AmeriVacs AVS commercial external vacuum sealer provides the versatility to seal bags up to 20" wide. The design is simple and easy to use, and construction and materials are of the highest quality for trouble-free operation and a long service life, even in steady commercial use. The AmeriVacs AVS sealer is available with standard powder coated steel cabinet or stainless steel cabinet.

AmeriVacs external sealers are ideal for sealing all dry and particle-free products. They are not suitable for wet materials, including most foods. Because AmeriVacs sealers do not use a sealing chamber, bags of any length can be used, making these machines ideal for sealing a range of product including very large items.

AmeriVacs external vacuum sealers have automatically-retracting air extraction nozzles which allows them to use economical smooth-sided plastic bags, rather than the more expensive embossed bags required by machines designed for low-volume operation. This saves you a lot of money over the long term.

The AmeriVacs vacuum sealer has a sealing strip dimension of 1/4" x 20". The AVS-series vacuum pump is powered by compressed air from a user-provided air supply system (requires 5 CFM @ 90 PSI). Electrical components operate on 120VAC (220V, 50/60 Hz option is available, please call for details.)

Built in the USA, AmeriVacs products have a two year manufacturer’s warranty. These vacuum sealing systems are in use across the U.S. and internationally, for use with food, machine parts, electronics, data storage, film preservation, medical instruments, and aerospace components.

Additional options are available for AmeriVacs external vacuum sealers, including: Dual seal bar heating for military grade bags, dual extraction nozzles, additional vac or gas cycle, low-pressure bar closure, digital temperature control with SCADA data recording software, ported exhaust for clean-room compatibility, and alternate 220V 50/60 Hz power option.
