Clearance: Chef's Choice 672 Slicer
This is an R1 clearance item. Please check the table below to see how we rate our clearance items.
Note: The product images on this page are of a new item, with the exception of any images marked “Clearance item”.

Note: This Chef's Choice 672 Slicer is new and unused. It looks and works like new, but the product box has some damage.
The Chef's Choice® 672 meat slicer has an extra large, hardened stainless steel blade and 1/3 HP induction motor. This high-torque motor runs smoothly and quietly to make fast work of the largest roasts, hams, and even large blocks of cheese. Like all Chef's Choice slicers, the Model 672 slicer is gear driven, so there's no belt to slip under load.
The Chef's Choice® 672 food slicer has a 9.8" blade which provides a huge 7.5" height of cut. This meat & food slicer has a smooth micrometer thickness control to select slices from deli-thin to 1" thick. Fixed-tilt construction makes it easy to feed food evenly. Extra large carriage rides on sealed industrial ball bearings and is fully retracting. Solid metal food pusher provides full control of large pieces of meat. It has a circuit breaker motor protection and recessed rocker switches for safety and convenience. Large rubber suction-cup feet provide this meat slicer with very solid, stable support.
Blade sharpener is included.
A smooth edge blade comes standard with this slicer.

Additional notes:
Bottom Line: If you’re a highly detail-oriented person, we recommend sticking to “R1.” But after a week’s use, the only real difference between one of these items and a brand new one will be the money you saved. |

While it cuts some semi-frozen things like semi-frozen sausage, it mangled my sourdough bread.
