Unlike a high-pressure cooker, you’re free to remove the lid on the low-pressure Sizzle cooker at any time during cooking if you’d like to season or taste what you’re preparing.

Experience cooking with extremely even heat when you use the Sizzle pot. Heat is spread uniformly along the bottom of the Sizzle cooker through the heat-conducting disk that’s sealed into the stainless steel base of every pot.
