The Stainless Steel Bowl (MUZ6ER2) for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer has a polypropylene center drive shaft column, enabling the Universal's standard wire whisks and BreadMaster dough hook (as well as the accessory cookie paddles and bowl scraper) to be used in it. This bowl is sold without dough hook, whip drive or whisks, because those pieces from the Universal Plus mixer's standard plastic bowl fit this bowl.

This bowl locks onto the Universal Plus mixer's low speed drive (the same place the standard plastic bowl mounts). The bowl's drive shaft detaches in seconds from below for quick, easy cleanup.

Capacity is 6.5 quarts (approx. 15 lbs. of dough).

The bowl includes a splash ring and center cover. Mixer is not included.

Note: This bowl does not fit older Universal mixers, including the model 6622 or 6610 or previous.
