The Chef’sChoice® Professional Electric Food Slicer Model 665 is a masterpiece of function and form. Handsomely styled, this rugged, commercial quality electric food slicer is heavy duty, with die cast aluminum construction and excellent stability and rigidity for accurate slicing.

The Model 665 slicer is gear driven, so there's no belt to slip under load.

The 665 Model slicer is ideal for both the commercial environment and the home kitchen. The Chef's Choice® 665 food slicer has an 8.5" blade which provides a huge 7.5" height of cut. The 665 is a great solution for outdoor enthusiasts who want to slice their own game, make homemade beef jerky or slice a wide variety of foods including vegetables, fruits, breads and cheese. Slice from deli-thin to approximately 1" thick. A blade cover reduces friction and makes slicing easier. The carriage length is 8.5".

Slicing Ham with Chef's Choice 665 Slicer

A professional metal food pusher is included to ensure the best grip for effortless slicing. Even the most demanding slicing tasks are easier with its powerful, cool running high torque motor and reliable, smooth gear drive operation. An advanced cooling system ensures continuous, non-stop slicing.

The cantilevered design of the Chef's Choice 665 slicer delivers foods directly to large trays or platters and the large capacity food carriage retracts fully to permit slicing of extra-large roasts, hams and other foods.

The Model 665 has an “Easy-Clean” design in which the blade, blade cover, food carriage, food pusher, food deflector and thickness guide plate all remove for cleaning.

A designated button secures the food carriage in “lock” position to limit access to the blade when unit is not in use. The Model 665 also features an external fuse for convenient overload protection.

Just received the Chef's Choice 665. We've only used it twice on a block of cheese and home smoked bacon. Seems like a solid machine. We bought it because it has a 1/4 horsepower motor. Very quiet, stable on the table no vibrations and easy to clean up. Time will tell if it was the right one.

Really nice slicer, very quiet. Could still hear the TV in the other room. Sliced right through beef stick and salami. You don't have to constantly turn your meat so your slices come out uniform (like my old slicer). GOOD PURCHASE

Ordered 8/30/2020, received 9/22! Emailed to check on status, NO RESPONSE! Phoned NO ANSWER! Never heard anything until the order just showed up 3 weeks later. Never again!

Moderator : Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. The difficulties involved with doing business during the Covid period may be more severe than you're aware. We've hired every quality person available in our area, and are still working incredible overtime hours. Our product pages have carried highly conspicuous notations regarding current order processing times, and suppliers have often been extremely late in getting stocks to us (for very good reasons relating to challenges they're dealing with). We've also sent emails regarding ETA updates which sometimes, due to no fault of our own, go to customers' spam folders or are unread for other reasons. We do return messages, but currently it can take quite a while to get to them, as we're inundated with questions. We're exhausted and are doing our absolute level best, and will continue to do so.

I got another brand home slicer for Christmas this year and was very disappointed with it so I sent it back. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews before I selected the Chef's Choice 665 Slicer. I am very please with how it sliced, how it held the width of the slice and how it cleaned up. All slicers are a pain to clean but this one was fairly easy.
