"Pleasant Hill Grain is a top notch company. You process orders quickly without error and also resolve returns to the customer's satisfaction. Other companies I've ordered from online don't measure up to Pleasant Hill Grain!" — Pat Perusse, MD
The Chef's Choice® 662 food slicer has an extra large, hardened stainless steel blade and 1/4 HP induction motor. This high-torque motor runs smoothly and quietly to make fast work of the largest roasts, hams, and even large blocks of cheese. Like large commercial slicers, the 662 meat slicer uses a belt drive.
The 662 slicer has an 8.6" blade for a 6.3" height of cut. It has a smooth micrometer thickness control to select slices from deli-thin to 5/8" thick. Fixed-tilt construction makes it easy to feed food evenly. Extra large carriage rides on sealed industrial ball bearings and is fully retracting. Solid metal food pusher provides full control of large pieces of meat. It has a circuit breaker motor protection and recessed rocker switch for safety and convenience. Large rubber suction-cup feet provide this meat slicer with very solid, stable support.
“My new slicer works great, it make my old one look like a meat grinder. I'm very satisfied with the product and your knowledgeable staff. I’ll let everyone know about my experience with Pleasant Hill Grain.”
– William Hancock, MD
