The Cambro 12x18x9 inch Dough Proofing Box has a capacity of 4.75 gallons or 18 Liters.

Handles allow for easy, secure transportation, ensuring safety. Lid is optional. The food storage box with lid is ideal for bulk fermentation of bread dough.
