Loved the seasoning mix to make your own jerky. No chemicals or artificial ingredients. Lower sugar & sodium. Lean protein at its best!
This is a great mixture
I've tried numerous hickory seasonings and so far this is the best! Keep up the good work.
easy jerky mix just add water and use
I bought 3 different flavors of jerky mix to see which one I like the best. So far, I've liked the first one I tried and working on the second flavor.
Great transaction, shooter works great just as advertised.
Excellent customer service and the meat AWESOME! The shipping cost is a bit expensive, however it's well worth it. ummm ummm GOOD.
We made elk jerky over the weekend and it turned out better than expected. Would recommend
This is the best spice I have tried in all my years of making jerky Excellent.
We used our Excalibur 9 tray dehydrator to cook up 5 pounds each of the Teriyaki and the Hickory Smoked seasonings. The teriyaki was between ok and good (3 1/2 stars). It's good to eat, but nothing worth raving about. Same for the Hickory Smoke only because it was a bit over the top in saltiness. Maybe we should add more water than what's called for to reduce the saltiness. We enjoy the lack of artificial ingredients-- big time! Also the nitrates are in a separate package inside with the main seasoning -- Leaving it optional for the customer to use or not use it. This is another plus, especially for our family. We did not use it. Instead, We simply keep much of the jerkey in the freezer or fridge until we finish what is on the table.
Looking forward to the BBQ next.
