The FD-2000 American Harvest/Nesco digital square dehydrator features 530 watts of drying power that generates maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, and venison jerky. The large digital dials and LED display make it easy to adjust time and temperature. Comes with 6 trays, each 1.7 sq. feet, expandable to 8 trays for over 14 square feet of food drying area. The FD-2000's combination of a quiet fan and heater lets you dry food gently in hours instead of days. Temperature is adjustable between 95° and 160° F. Measures 16" x 16" x 11" high (with six trays.) The FD-2000 has white trays and a black base.
