Backwoods wants everyone to be able to make their own jerky and snack sticks from their own game or fish. LEM Backwoods seasoning and spice blends allow you to season jerky and snack sticks to your flavor preference. No more over- or under-seasoned jerky! You can choose jerky seasoning in Original, BBQ, Hot, Teriyaki, Hickory, Cajun, Mesquite, Jalapeño, or Cracked Pepper. If you prefer snack sticks, those seasonings are available in Hot, Original, or Pepper. Choose curable pound capacities from 4 to 25 pounds. Seasoning your snacks has never been so easy.
Each pouch has a cure packet and seasoning packet. The spices used for these seasonings are top notch, thanks to LEM’s commitment to superior flavor. Made in the USA and full of flavor and quality ingredients, you can’t go wrong with any LEM Backwoods spice pack. Each box contains 6 packets of jerky cure and 6 packets of jerky spice. One packet of cure and a packet of spice make 1/2 pounds of jerky from 1 pound of ground meat, so the box makes 3 pounds of jerky from 6 pounds of ground meat. Yield will be a bit higher with unground meat.
