Vollrath Half Size Heavy Baking Pan 13 x 18 inches

Cook's Illustrated tested a gazillion baking sheets and declared this favorite saying it's "perfect for cookies, oven fries and jellyroll... flawless". Made from very heavy 13 gauge aluminum (1.8mm thickness). This pan won't warp when hot, or twist under the heaviest loads. The thick construction also provides very even heat conduction, for even baking results without burning and sticking from hot spots. Smooth-polished surface, with comfortable, open-rolled edges. You can bake right on the sheet, or cover with our unbleached parchment paper. Measures 13" x 18" (outside dimensions) with 1" deep sides.
