World-famous Silpat® Nonstick Silicone Mats promote even cooking and keep food from sticking without greasing cookie sheets and jelly roll pans. The original Silpat mat incorporates glass fiber within the mat to keep it very flat. Can be trimmed with a scissors to fit smaller pans if desired. Silpat is effective in temperatures from -40° F to 500° F.

Eliminates the need to grease baking pans. Because it is unbleached, Beyond Gourmet™ parchment paper contains no chlorine or other chemical by-products of whitening. Oven proof to 450° (do not reuse in oven). Roll is 15" wide by 49.2' long. (61.5 sq. ft. area.)
