The ICE-21 Cuisinart ice cream maker makes 1.5 quarts of smooth ice cream, as well as delicious frozen yogurt and sorbet. The clear lid locks onto the machine and features a large spout making it easy to add chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, caramel or any other sweet idea you come up with. Four rubber feet under the motor base prevent the machine from shifting while it's running.

The mixing bowl is double-wall insulated and needs to be frozen prior to mixing. The ice-cold walls of the bowl will freeze your sweet mixture while the motor is turning the mixing bowl and the paddle incorporates the ingredients. The bowl is easy to remove from the motor base for transferring your ice cream, yogurt or sorbet to a serving or storage container and it's easy to wash by hand once it's thawed.
